Philip is an engineer, entrepreneur, and systems thinker committed to tackling some of humanity’s most urgent challenges—including pandemics, climate change, and building collective resilience. Named one of Canada’s Next 36 young entrepreneurs, he has worked across a range of fields, including venture capital, decentralized governance, and systemic risk modeling. His work centers on developing tools and frameworks that empower communities to navigate complexity with clarity and intention.
At the core of Philip’s approach is a deep belief in regenerative systems, emotional intelligence, and high-trust collaboration. One example of this is the Ephemeral Group Process (EGP)—a decentralized method designed to help communities surface shared values and achieve deeper coherence. He is passionate about guiding groups toward wiser, more aligned decisions and contributing to a future where human activity nurtures the flourishing of life on Earth.
