I’m Phil, an engineer, entrepreneur, and systems thinker dedicated to addressing humanity’s most pressing challenges—like pandemics, climate change, and building collective resilience. Named one of Canada’s Next 36 young entrepreneurs, I’ve worked across fields including venture capital, decentralized governance, and systemic risk modeling. My focus is on creating tools and frameworks that help communities navigate complexity with clarity and purpose.

At the heart of my work is a belief in regenerative systems, emotional intelligence, and high-trust collaboration. One example is the Ephemeral Group Process (EGP)—a decentralized method that supports communities in surfacing shared values and reaching deeper coherence. I’m passionate about guiding groups toward wiser decisions and contributing to a future where human activity supports the flourishing of life on Earth.
