FROM VISION TO REALITY

Co-Op Formation – To ensure shared ownership and governance, we will establish the EDEN Co-op. This cooperative model fosters collective decision-making, ensuring that no single entity controls the vision but rather that it is stewarded by those actively engaged in bringing it to life. Additionally, the co-op provides a foundation for developing products and businesses in a holonic way, allowing for decentralized, self-organizing enterprises to emerge within the framework.

Participant Selection – Carefully selecting participants is crucial to ensure a balanced mix of expertise, innovation, and collaboration. We aim to bring together masters in many fields who are passionate about regenerative design and ensuring our evolution to an advanced ecological civilization.

Pre-Event Preparation – Before the event, participants will engage in virtual meetings and structured workshops to align focus areas, set goals, and familiarize themselves with tools and methodologies. This ensures that when they arrive, they are ready to hit the ground running.

Month-Long Mastermind Event – Over four weeks, participants will engage in deep collaboration, presentations, hands-on work, and facilitated discussions. The goal is to produce tangible, scalable solutions that will form the foundation of the Masterminding EDEN framework.

Framework Development – The findings, ideas, and designs from the event will be synthesized into a structured, actionable framework. This document will serve as a replicable model for designing resilient and regenerative communities worldwide.

AI Simulation & Gamification – The framework will then be tested and refined through AI-powered simulations and gamification. This will allow for stress-testing designs, engaging a global audience in refinement, and generating insights that improve real-world feasibility. Additionally, this simulation and gamification platform can serve as a saleable product that benefits the co-op and its members, providing ongoing revenue while educating and inspiring broader adoption of regenerative principles.

Iteration & Scaling – By leveraging AI-driven modeling for architecture, engineering, and materials testing, we can continuously improve our designs. This stage ensures that our models are adaptable and scalable for different climates, geographies, and cultural contexts.

Community Construction – The final phase is physical implementation. With the framework and simulations complete, we will enable the construction and societal framework for regenerative, extreme-weather-resilient communities, setting the foundation for a new paradigm in sustainable living.

EVENT STRUCTURE
Masterminding EDEN unfolds over four dynamic weeks:
Summit Week:

Focus groups present their domain's current state, challenges, and innovative solutions.

Coherence will be built through mindful, playful, and facilitated activities.
Collective Dreaming & Inquiry Week:
What do we want our future to be like? Facilitated visioning sessions help us shape the dream. Then, utilizing the ephemeral group process and other tools, participants will explore critical questions to develop viable solutions.
Ideation Week:
With insights from dreaming and inquiry, participants and advanced AI will propose solutions as puzzle pieces of the big picture framework.
Synthesis Week:
Crafting a comprehensive guide for regenerative, self-sustaining habitations that can be used as a toolbox for future development and simulation.
Using cutting-edge Ai collective intelligence technology, facilitated working groups, and hands-on design sessions, participants will turn bold ideas into actionable plans to create thriving, resilient communities.

Masterminding EDEN is built on interdisciplinary collaboration to foster collective intelligence. We have world-class facilitators guiding the process, ensuring that collaboration is both structured and fluid. We utilize proven group collaboration tools, including Ephemeral Group Process and others.
We stand on the shoulders of giants, drawing from decades of pioneering work by visionaries such as Buckminster Fuller, Jacque Fresco, Barbara Marx Hubbard, and many more. Many of the puzzle pieces for a regenerative civilization already exist, we are here to integrate, refine, and implement them at scale.
To ensure a deeply immersive and supportive experience, our dedicated social team will be on-site, welcoming participants home to a space where they are surrounded by equally visionary and ambitious minds. Through intentional social design, we cultivate an environment where synergy and synchronicity flourish, supporting participants in reaching and maintaining a flow state.
