Nathaniel (Nate) Charles Harding
Facilitator | Educator | Social Entrepreneur | Coach | MBA & MPS Candidate
Nathaniel (“Nate”) Harding is a facilitator, educator, and social entrepreneur dedicated to advancing a world where all people and the planet flourish. Through co-founding Spark—a hybrid (in-person and virtual) learning experience—Nate seeks to help individuals integrate Inner Development Goals (IDGs)—the research-backed skills and qualities humans need to achieve the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—into their personal and professional growth. By fostering self-awareness, leadership, and purpose-driven innovation, Spark empowers participants to navigate careers with impact and intention.
With a decade of experience in social impact strategy, organizational development, and facilitation across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Nate has advised executive teams, co-authored research on field-building for systemic change, co-led funding collaboratives, and coached social impact leaders around the world—from undergraduates to C-suite executives. Currently an MBA Candidate at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and an MPS Candidate at the Clinton School of Public Service, Nate’s work is guided by consciousness, co-creation, wellness, trust, discovery, practice, and fun.
