Eventually, she realized the gift she’d been seeking was inside her all along, passed down through generations.

With training in social work, psychiatry, and indigenous leadership, Helene blends practical skills with spiritual insight. She’s a passionate advocate for the environment and indigenous wisdom, guiding others in a fast-changing world. She leads in groups like the Kiva Family, Roots of Earth, and Wisdom Keepers Delegation—communities focused on preserving tradition and building a better future.
