Hi, I’m Judit, and I’m here to recalibrate business into caring and daring ecosystems where we flourish together. I’m committed to realising a paradigm shift in the way we work and co-create—one that honours both collective and inner development, fostering right relationship with ourselves, others, and all living beings. A fusion-driven professional, I weave together diverse perspectives, insights, and practices to create the transformative energy that fuels my work. As a burnout survivor, I’m a huge advocate for self-care and well-being in the workplace. With over 15 years of experience leading communications teams, nurturing communities, shaping organisational culture, and developing businesses across Europe, I lean into complexity, blending active listening with reflective thinking.

Today, I support individuals and teams through conscious leadership mentoring and consulting at Connection Camino, and I nurture community at Regenerators. I’m also training in systemic coaching, live in Berlin, enjoy dancing, love the Mediterranean Sea, and cherish slow mornings.
