Food Technology
My journey has been marked by years of experience in the food industry, where I learned the importance of safety and quality in managing supply chains. During this time, I honed rigorous techniques and achieved certifications, but over the years, I realized that my work lacked a deeper sense of purpose. I came to understand that the impact I sought was not confined to technical efficiency but extended to something greater: regeneration — both of the planet and of myself. It was this search for meaning that led me to embark on the path of regeneration.
My expertise includes implementing advanced standards in Food Sovereignty, Food Safety, Food Defense, Food Security and Animal Welfare, as well as achieving international certifications. This focus promotes quality and continuous improvement throughout every stage of the process. Additionally, I have participated in rewilding projects within the Atlantic Forest biome, collaborating on the rewilding of tiger cats and the restoration of threatened ecosystems.
Beyond my technical work, I am the author of four poetic anthologies, where I explore the intersection of nature, conservation, and human experience. Poetry has become a space for personal regeneration — a way to express my deepest reflections and transform emotions into words that inspire. For me, just as cultivating the land, poetry holds the power to restore both external and internal landscapes, connecting us to a more harmonious, resilient, and sustainable future. After all, I believe that regeneration is the true path to evolution.
