Francisco Javier Grau Vargas
Industrial Engineer, Ma in Regenerative Economics
Francisco is a Costa Rican native, a nature lover and a social entrepreneur. Co-founder of Feria Verde, the most beautiful (and biggest) ecological market in Costa Rica. It provides a direct selling opportunity to almost 100 eco-entrepreneurs and a source of organic nourishment to thousands of San Jose locals. Formed as an Industrial Engineer in Costa Rica and reformed as a Master's in Regenerative Economics at Schumacher College, England.
Currently working as a consultant in regenerative development and pursuing the creation of a stewardship program to convert degraded farmland into tropical food forests, capable of providing food, medicine and materials in partnership with rural families. Committed to pioneering a better relationship between humans and the natural the living systems that support us. I dream of a world full of trees, clean water, bees and mycelium.
