Francisco (Franz) Tuñez

Francisco is passionate about decentralization and deeply convinced of the transformative power of individuals and communities. He works as a Senior Researcher and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Global Studies, focusing on decentralized global governance through blockchain technology. His academic journey spans the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Humboldt University in Berlin, and the Center for Research in Culture and Society Studies at CONICET in Córdoba.


Francisco's research explores the application of emerging technologies—particularly Blockchain and AI—in shaping the transition toward new economic models, including Regenerative Crypto-Economics and Resource-Based Economies. Committed to bridging theory and practice, he is also a co-founder of Netx State, the Argentine Network of Regen Nodes, which aims to build resilient, decentralized ecosystems grounded in regenerative principles.
