Antonios Triantafyllakis is a globally recognised innovator in gamification and experiential learning, driving social and environmental impact through play. An award-winning learning designer and strategist, he has worked with over 40 organisations across three continents, training more than 2,000 changemakers to develop future-ready skills. As Co-Founder of Gamification Global, he leads a pioneering social enterprise that leverages game-based methodologies and behavioural science to solve real-world challenges. His groundbreaking project Climate for All, developed through All for Climate, has been recognised by the European Commission’s Education for Climate Coalition for its innovative use of games to build green skills. Whether designing EU-funded programmes, leading global training courses, or advising institutions, Antonios crafts immersive experiences that turn learning into action.
Unlike traditional consultants who focus on theory, Antonios specialises in hands-on transformation, bridging research with engaging, actionable solutions. He has co-created flagship Erasmus+ initiatives, led sustainability-focused learning programmes, and shaped academia by teaching gamification at GBSB Global Business School, where students ranked his course as the best in the programme. As Head of Learning at All for Climate, he helps grassroots climate initiatives access resources through fiscal hosting, scaling impact where it's needed most. He also serves as Chair of Unconditional Basic Income Europe, advocating for economic equity through policy innovation.
