Steven Streetman

Steven is a developer of Agile Regenerative Communities (ARCs), which are self-sufficient towns designed to independently manage power, water, waste, food, and basic manufacturing through adaptable advanced technologies. These communities are built to thrive during crises such as supply chain disruptions or droughts.

He is the founder of the Jevity project, leading financial modeling, development, and fundraising to build an ARC in the Austin, TX area. Steven also serves on the boards of the Viviscent Wellness Foundation and LockTrust, providing expertise in financial modeling, real estate, and real-world asset tokenization. As a core team member of Masterminding Eden, he contributes to global efforts in designing future-focused communities. Additionally, he is a principal in the Soil Development Fund, focused on regenerative agriculture and soil restoration.

With over 30 years of experience in systems architecture, algorithm design, and business development, alongside more than 20 years in real estate investment and analysis, Steven uniquely combines expertise in real estate and cryptocurrency. He is a licensed realtor and certified Equity Marketing Specialist, author of Cryptocurrency and Real Estate (2021), and has advised on real estate tokenization projects.
