As the Founder and CEO of Holos Global, he leads the design and development of holistic environments that foster healing, creativity, and meaningful collaboration.

Ian’s journey began in the wilderness of Alaska, where the raw beauty of the landscape instilled in him a deep understanding of the harmony between people and the planet. This early connection to the natural world became the foundation for a life’s work that integrates counseling psychology, eco-resort design, and intentional community-building.

Through Holos Global, Ian has spearheaded projects around the world that are rooted in the belief that space matters—that when we shape our environments consciously, we create the conditions for personal and collective transformation. His mission is to cultivate places where people feel truly at home—within themselves and in the world around them.
